Quick Answer
Pudu D7 is Pudu Robotics’ semi-humanoid: a human-like upper body on an omnidirectional wheeled base. Pudu’s September 2024 launch put it at 165 cm and 45 kg, with a 10 kg arm rating, more than 8 hours, 30 degrees of freedom (more with a hand), and 2 m/s. Our catalog wrote the height as 165 mm and still talked as if it walked. It does not.

What it is
Pudu X-Lab’s first general embodied semi-humanoid. Official: 165 cm, 45 kg, ~65 cm bionic arm, 10 kg lift, >8 hours, 2 m/s, 30 DOF standard. Later industrial D7 updates exist; we are reviewing the public first-generation card, not inventing the 2026 industrial refresh numbers.
What is published
Pudu’s D7 launch note. Our profile still says walking mobility — that is a stencil error. D7 is wheeled.
Flaws
Height typo. Wrong locomotion tag. Compare-to-Optimus block. D7 is not D9.
Real-world usefulness
Makes sense only as a wheeled service manipulator. If you need Pudu’s biped, open D9.
